4、Working principle of AV pump
AV pumpthe principle is simple.Using compressed air as power source, a certain air pressure difference is formed in the door by controlling the switch of the air inlet valve, so as to push the materials to be transported along the pipeline. The whole conveying process is carried out at a speed lower than the suspension speed, which avoids the complete mixing of materials and transmission media and reduces the risk of material wear and pipeline blockage.。

The auxiliary blowing device is used to blow the pipeline and the interior of the AV pump during the operation of the AV pump to prevent material blockage and deposition. This helps to keep the AV pump system running smoothly.
The electric cabinet is the control center of the AV pump system, which is responsible for receiving signals from various sensors and controlling the operation of the AV pump according to the preset program. It usually has the function of programmable controller, and can realize accurate control of the AV pump system.
Each AV pump is equipped with an air control box to control the running state of the AV pump. The air control box controls the switch of the air inlet valve by receiving the signal from the electric control box, so as to realize the adjustment of the air pressure in the AV pump.
The air intake pipe is a pipe system that provides compressed air to the AV pump. A group of AV pumps usually share one air intake pipe, but auxiliary air intake pipes can be added according to the number of AV pumps. 6、Structural characteristics of AV pump
The AV pump has the following structure

The feeding dome valve is the key component to control the material entering the AV pump. It can be opened when needed, allowing materials to enter the AV pump, and closed when not needed to ensure that materials will not leak.
Ash conveying pipeline is a pipeline system connecting the AV pump and the terminal ash storage. After being compressed in the AV pump, the materials are transported to the terminal ash storage for storage or further treatment through the ash conveying pipeline.
As the main part of the AV pump, the ash chute body is used to receive and store the materials to be transported. It usually has the characteristics of wear resistance and corrosion resistance to meet the transportation needs of different materials.
The pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure change in the AV pump system. When the pressure in the system reaches the preset value, the pressure sensor will send a signal to the electric cabinet to control the switch of the intake valve and the running state of the AV pump.
